SHAMEFUL SERVICE

You guys destroyed my bag on a recent fllight, and yet I dont' get compensation for a new one? I had a basic insurance which would insure my valuables up to R2500-00 and yet you wont replace a suitcase that was mutilated by your staff? Shame on you people
