Shady Flysafair

How annoying is Flysafair for trying to look cheaper by excluding the luggage cost for their flight booking ?. Anyway I completely forgot about this silly thing of theirs and just quickly booked as was last minute trip. When I get to airport - the guy tells me before checking in I have to pay for luggage so I say Ag man let me do it online, because to do it online is cheaper I remembered. Then the guy is slimy and decides to check me in anyway and says I should try online now that he has checked me in, knowing well that their site will say - you can not make changes while being checked in ?. Why is Flysafair this shady? Then on top of that you have to go que somewhere else to now pay for this luggage, delaying you- it almost made me late for the flight because this guy had to make me pay manually instead of quickly online just because of higher cost. I wish I could block them from ever showing up when I search for flights, can anyone help with this ? I usually use cheapflights to search for flight ?.

This almost cost me my flight all because of greed because Online is quicker.
