between 15h00 and 15h30 I called 4 times and all 4 times I was the only customer in the queue as the robot voice told me and all 4 times the call went through but know one on the onther end!!?????, even when I can here noise in the background I guess knock of time is to close to help clients! bad bad bad service I will never fly with safair again.
