Absolutely appalling service from this airline. They don't seem to care a s**** about their passengers. My mom was dropped off at the correct time and stood in the que to check in luggage. There were PE and CT passengers in front of her. Nobody called passengers for DBN flight to please come forward. She is now on standby and has to sit at the airport the whole day at 70. Absolutely shocking. I have tried to reason with them but there is absolutely no interest. So from 05h15 this morning she must sit till 17h15 till they might be able to put her on that flight. I can't wait for other airlines to be up and running as this is just unacceptable. I will never recommend this airline.
