Seat changed without consulting

**** service, seats change without letting me know. When I asked why my window seat was changed yet I reserved the seat on time and checked in on time. I was told I didn’t pay for the seat so when someone pays for the seat they kick someone who hasn’t paid. Yi movie, qala uyiva. They just wangled seats around.
