Seat booking and payment

Just a heads up, I had an emergency exit seat reserved. I paid for it and it was confirmed. But when I checked in, I got assigned a different seat. Eventually, they agreed to refund me. I chose that seat for the extra legroom, not for a refund. There’s definitely something off with their system. Watch out, Safair is dropping the ball!!
