******** FLYSAFAIR!!!

I am absolutely dissatisfied at the unbelievable service that i have received from flysafair. I booked a flight on their website and the payment reflects that it has been deducted from my bank account; however the flysafair platform shows that the payment is outstanding. “BOOKING HAS RESERVATIONS BALANCE” which makes absolutely no sense to me!!! I have been trying the entire morning to get in contact with an agent which is promised to be available 7am until 7 pm; 7 days a week. I have called, I have whatsapped; BUT TO NO AVAIL! The booking reference is RJPHBP!!! AS

THE BOOKING IS ABSOLUTELY URGENT! I need to be in Joburg this afternoon and it is really going to be a gross inconvenience for me if i am not there at 11h40.

I will take this matter to the highest forum so I can be remedies accordingly.
