I booked a ticket through Edreams from Landseria to Durban on FlySafair. When I arrived at the airport I was told that my ticket was not valid and I had to buy a new one. I asked the airline for a refund as per Edreams response and was told that the airline is not affiliated with Flysafair? Why is the airline allowing these people to sell tickets?
