THIS IS A **** PLEASE DO NOT USE FLYSAFAIR! My parents booked flights to Cape Town months in advance. Without warning and no mention thereof, she saw she had to pay EXTRA beyond the amount paid for the flight itself for any luggage. Then, they arrived 3 HOURS EARLY IN ORDER TO NOT MISS THE FLIGHT. They checked in online and everything was in order. They had to check their luggage in 40mins before the flight. They got there 45mins before the flight and was RUDELY told that they WOULD NOT BE HELPED. We are talking car hire, return flights, UNNECESSARY baggage payments everything. This place needs to be shut down, I cannot believe the genuine *******ion. They overbooked the flight like they always do and then drop you in the ****
