Savearly Damaged Suitcase- rude staff

My suitcase was severely damaged on my flight from Johannesburg to Cape town! After I flew from Korea to Johannesburg for a few days before returning back home my new suitcase was in excellent condition yet a 2 hour flight later its was extremely damaged! It was scratched, cracked and the wheel torn off with exposed *****s. The flysafair desk was unmanned eventually someone came and gave me the wrong information to which I then found the correct email online.. I was told that unfortunately they dont handle the luggage so there is nothing they can do. I explained a crack i could fix and cover but the wheel torn off making it unusable... they were extremely rude and unhelpful after submitting photos they requested more photos and I just gave up after repeatingly trying to get hold of someone my time was just getting wasted.
