SAFAIR - YOU OWE ME MONEY

On 11 February 2023 I was charged twice for a flight. I have sent the relevant information to them and have followed up with the named person on the 26 February 2023, 6 March 2023, 4 April 2023 and today.

To date have not had even the courtesy of a response never mind a refund.

I am so over this and more angry because they monopolise the skies and so we have to continue to use them!!!
