Safair useless

Booked online via edream, what a bunch of crock, they had a problem with the booking and never told anyone. My son arrived at the airport only to find out he had to pay for a ticket again. The refund has yet to happen and guess what you have to phone some overseas number that is always busy for a South African flight company refund now 3 months later and still nothing
