Safair Useless!!

I had to fly on the 14 October at 05:50, I was running late, and the person flying with me was there and told them that I'm running late. When I got there at 5:20, they then said sorry, you can't book in. the boarding pass says 'gate closes 15min before take off', I had half an hour. They then said I must go to the ticket office and try get on the 07:00 flight. I went to the ticket office, and the lady said that I can go on stand-by for R300 extra. I said that was fine, then she asked to see my ticket, she looked at the ticket and said 'sorry, I can't help you, you booked through an agent, phone your agent'. Really, phone a travel agent at 5:30 in the morning? Well, just another airline going down the African tube, useless people and useless service, don't cry when you lose your jobs!! Good riddance Safair, stick the money where it fits!!
