Safair uncompassinate pathetic service

We did not have an enjoyable day with Safair at Port Elizabeth airport on 18 June 2018 . Stranded at PE airport with a baby, 2 kids and a pregnant daughter for 5 hours. We arrived 40min before departure and as we entered the checking area the lady put up the closed board. We were not allowed to checkin and board as we were Iate according to the Flight Controller on duty, we showed him our watches which clearly indicated 12:50, he indicated that if I checked in online he would board us, I explained that the Safair system does not allow you to check in online if you have infants with you. They just pulled up their shoulders with a arrogant smile. In the end we had to py an extra R1800.00 for the next flight and had to sit at the airport with a baby and 2 children and a pregnant daughter for 5 hours, absolutely no compassion, we complained to Safair HQ and they just respond that they take the word of their Flight Controller that we were late, even other Safair staff indicated that the filght Controller should have assisted us. Well done Safair will not be flying with you ever again.
