SAFAIR THE MOST UNPROFFESIONAL AIRLINE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE

Our experience was absolutely bad ,We were told that we were late cause we missed check in time even though we were still in time before the flight was to leave.

Also on top of that the check in counter consultant was making fun of us when they told us we cant board the plain.

We then spoke to the Manager Sandile Mngadi (The Manager at Saffair and the consultant Rachelle Landers ).

And they didnt even go out of there way to accommodate my baby and girlfriend .

When we tried to make an alternative to pay the price. difference on the "missed flight" (according to what the flysasair attendant).

So we were told to pay a difference of R1300 on the exicting price .

or we should an all new price of R3000.

The point im trying yo make is that they didnt wanted to accomodate us at all. After a while all of a sudden the cost was dropped to an minimum amount of R600 ........

Which leaves me with the question what procedute do they follow if u "check in late " according to them .

I was accused of threating the stagf whereas i was merely questioning there working policy for missed check in times......

I am completely gutted and i wont even want my enemy to board the flights of Fly Safair.!!!!!!!!!
