Safair sucks a55

So last night I try the online booking = fail. The SAFAIR system couldn't find my booking reference even though I copy and paste the reference number from their email.

This nothing I arrive at the counter, the SAFAIR lazy types in my ticket, tagged my ID, she's busy typing, informs me that plane is full so no widow or ailse seats available and then says "eish, what happened, the system is closed".

It was 5:40AM - gate close time. The SAFAIR system apparently does a hard-close even though you are busy cchecking in.

Counter lady sends me to counter lady 2 so she can complete my check-in.

Sorry sah, you arrived late, gate closed. Bye bye Have nice day yes?

I guess you get what you pay for.
