Safair Staff unfriendly, rude and exceptionally unhelpful

Flysafair staff members Nosi Ndzamela & Pelele Mhlana are 2 of the rudest staff members ever encountered at Flysafair. The 3rd one that was at the boarding gates ran away as soon as I requested there names.

Here is the story, travelling with 4 children, we checked in and started to proceed to the boarding gates. 1st Priority entrance (which we paid for) was closed and we had to stand in the Q to go through baggage check, only 1 entrance to that was open and a Q that stretched through the whole snake Isle. We then proceeded to boarding.

2 of my children went ahead and when we came down the esculators to see my children standing at the these 3 woman, bus still there with doors open my kids wave to me to come quickly. Once we approached they told me the gates were closed, to which they then pulled the stand closed, doors of the bus then closed and the bus drove off. They did not even try to explain anything, just packed their bags and wanted to walk off. Then i requested to call a manager these phoned around for 20 minutes before been told to go to ticket sale and just packed up there stuff and walked away. Their attitude to me requesting their names was met with hostility infront of the 4 children which i had to ask 3 times for them to give me their names. We then waited another 45 min at the ticket counter before we eventually managed to speak to a manager which was fairly helpful but no apologies was made with respect to their staff. Obviously when the phone call was made to the gate it was said then we arrived 2 minutes after gate closed which i dispute as 2 of my children were there before that, so by the time they did their scan of tickets etc we would have been at the desk too. As we were travelling to a sporting event we had no choice but to go buy new tickets with British Airways which were more than helpful and friendly, and once onboard the BA flight was chatting to the coupe next to me, they told me they were 15 minutes after flight check in was closed but the staff memebr at BA was Helpful to make sure they still made their flight. This is what is called customer service.

Absolutely shocking service at Cape Town international, if I pay extra for priority I expect that the services are made avilable & be open. If I pay for a service, I expected that services to be friendly & Effiecient.

Lets see how long it takes this matter to be resolved. Not holding my breath. heres my number to make life easier to contact me ***
