Safair service is an absolute disgrace!

Safair, what a disaster! How can an airline turn a customer away who has paid for their flight and checked in online? 10 Other passengers were turned away at the airport for the same flight. Can only mean 1 thing - they have overbooked the flight again. This is totally unacceptable! My son needs to get from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg extremely urgently as this is what has happened. I demand answers and compensation! In the times we live you would think that customers are treated properly but the staff have been so rude and unhelpful. Absolutely shocking!
