SAFAIR refuses to recognize they have a booking problem

Booking on SafAir using a voucher do not work. If you report the error an agent called Keenin gives you the most idiotic suggestions and then looses interest. There is no other way to contact SafAir to escalate the problem, except the people who *****s up (the call centre). Go to Youtube and in Youtube search for: safair bookings failure No interest from SafAir to fix the problem. Tried to contact Safair/CEO Elmar Conradie but its easier to talk to GOD.
