Safair refuses to help or refund us!!!

Worst ever, Do Not book a ticket with this airline, we by accident missed pur flight from OR Tambo to Capetwown, the Ubers car broke down and we got there one hour prior to boarding, they said if we leave our luggage behind we can still board i ran to ticket services and asked them to keep ot our luggage for ten minutes to arrange that someone collects it from the airport for us they refused and they also refused us boarding and no refund not even suggested that they can book us another flight we lost over R5000 this is pathetic i will never in my life book with such a pathetic airline this is daylight *******. Hope you go down very soon !!!!!!
