Safair owes me money

I was on my way back from Aswan in Egypt and was delayed at Cairo Airport for 10 hours. I booked a flight from OR Tambo Airport to PE Airport and I canceled it. When I arrived at OR Tambo I booked a flight to PE and flew down. After this trip I tried to make contact with this company. There was R4889 in credit at Safair. Now I started an enquiry into my credit so they can pay me back my credit. Their answer is that they are not going to pay me back. When I started the negotiations again about my credit I received an email stating that I have no credit with Safair.
