SAFAIR ****oo. LIFT thumbs up

My mother has hip problems, she does use scheduled medicine for this due to the pain. She has difficulty in walking long distances. But what does safair do. let her walk. wont offer wheelchair assistance. O no. why must they do that. SAFAIR, FYI. take note of other airlines in SA. LIFT is a small company started out like SAFAIR did years ago. Were clients being your first priority. But as you grew it all went backwards. Don't be surprised if you also start taking a financial decline due to *********** and rude personnel. SAA was also once the pride of SA.

LIFT airlines keep up the good work. you the little fish now. May you guys just rise and show the bigger airlines what it is to be more in touch of the clients you serve.
