SAFAIR No Air

I have been trying since this morning to purchase tickets getting various errors. 503 Service unavailable. This is so frustrating and I see that I am not the only one that will miss out because of this. I was looking to purchase 3 flights to Port Elizabeth to surprise my mom who has not seen her brother in 20 years. I could never afford it like so many others. But this wont come true!!!! Next time make sure your website can handle the traffic and your call center answers their calls not leaves me hanging on for more than an hour.
