Safair never again

Missed my flight due to their poor service. I was running late due to accident on the highway however i would have been on time if I could check in electronically. .... wait they have an app which can do that but it freezes and hangs when trying to do online checkin. i made it to the airport just after checkin had closed and they would not help me! there was still 30min to go before departure. I was forced to buy another ticket and had gone with the option of "Lift". This actually opened my eyes as to how much better their service is compared to safair. i fly weekly with safair for business but this was my last one!. great service safair! keep it up!!!
