Safair mistreating luggage and accepting no responsibility

On arrival fa 134 , 3 April, baggage soiled with mud on arrival. Disgusting service with safair. Don't recommend - not the first poor experience with baggage where safair takes no responsibility nor takes care with others belongings! Disappointing.
