Safair misplaced my funds

We booked 3 tickets with Safair to fly from Cape Town to Johannesburg. One of the passengers passed away unexpectedly. Safair promised a full refund which i was advised was paid on 16 May. To date no funds have reflected in my account. I'm no on the 5th phone call to Safair, who keep telling me that the funds are transferred and they cannot do anything more. The bank have no record of this transaction and cannot investigate as they are not the transferring party. The payment notification from Safair can be created by anyone. It means nothing to Nedbank. I'm now out of pocket of R5K and Safair couldn't give a damn.
