I would like to rate you as follows: ***** on time ***** secure baggage ***** well run airline ***** friendly staff **** ease of booking * seat comfort -100 pricing!

Well done on many 5 stars but I find it ********** that you guys are milking loyal client sat the first opportunity. When you had competition you provided a good service at very competitive pricing and we selected you despite cheap seats and uncomfortable flights. Then when your competition tanked and you had all the business (what a pleasure...!), your prices doubled, tripled and quadrupled.

I used to fly for R399 an now its 3-4x that price and beyond. Fuel is not 3-4x what it was and neither is anything else. Plus you have way more business than before. The only explanation for the massive price hikes is the opportunity to cash in. Many people changed theirs lives based on the the cost of flights. It became viable to live in one city and work in another. You have pulled the rug from under people by 3-4xing your rates. NOT COOL!

THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR PRICE FIXING & COLLUSION.
