Safair left with luggage with me on way to plane

Experience on Safair on 17 July 2015<br> I was booked on Safair flight 1302 from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. I checked in 24hours prior to my flight and printed my boarding pass at home. I checked in one bag at 12:09 and went through to the departures awaiting my 13:45 flight.<br> At 13:15 I was ready to proceed to my gate, but the specific ACSA information board did not display any Boarding information for the SAFAIR flight. All the other flights which left at the same time had the boarding status except the Safair flight. When the 13:50 flights started boarding I started to get concerned and checked with a nearby information desk on whether the information boards are accurate started looking for my boarding gate which was unknown to me.<br> I found the gate - C2, and upon arrival I asked whether boarding is taking place on which they rep**** - Are you Mr. G....? They scanned my boarding pass and I went through. The transport bus already left and they requested another bus. This bus had difficulty to park and after 3 attempts managed to park. They allowed me on the bus, but the plane left with my bag with me on the way to the plane - How is this possible with ACSA strict regulations?
