Safair is one of the worst airlines ever. I would not recommend anyone to ever use their services.

Book in on time at the check in counter. Send me to safair's offices about a problem with my ticket. They check the system, send me to counter 90 because there is no problem with the group booking's tickets. No one at counter 90, go back to the office again to confirm that no one is there. They try calling no answer. After a long wait they say I have to book a new ticket because they ran out of time to sort out the problem.

I talked to several people and sent emails. No feedback at all.
