SaFair ignore repeated requests to confirm!

My mother is in a wheelchair and when I booked Dan Aphane emailed me a Special Needs form. I emailed it to back to him and requested confirmation of receipt. Nothing, so I emailed him another two times and the SpecialNeeds email address. Still no reply. Everything online works very well until you have to deal with the Safair employees. My second bad experience.
