Safair fly more deal

Safair is offering a fly more deal online, but neither myself or my friends can purchase the deal. I’ve emailed *** but never got a response. Even on the follow up emails. When I called them, they said the system is working and I should try again. Still my friends and I cannot purchase the deal.
