SAFAIR excessive change fees

I purchased two SAFAIR airline tickets to fly to Cape Town to watch a concert which got cancelled. I am not able to get a refund on the tickets. I would like to sell them to a friend, but SAFAIR charge R200 per name change AND R200 per date change per leg. So on tickets that cost R2000, I would have to pay R1600 to transfer the flights to a different day for a different passenger. This is excessive and does not seem fair to customers.
