SAFAIR don’t pay their refunds! Be careful

So I had a 12 month contract with SAFAIR on their flymore club subscription. I confirmed twice with their support that the contract ended on April 2023. They then went and debited my account on the 1st of May 2023 again, an amount of R4000. I then contacted their support and they said I would be due a refund in 7-21 days. This was on the 3rd May 2023. I haven’t received and refund or heard from SAFAIR, I have tried to contact them through their support and have been told that they will get back to me on the matter. Plain thievery!
