SAFAIR DOESN'T CARE. Especially - ZANDILE MJULENI

STAY AWAY FROM SAFAIR AT ALL COSTS! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR SERVICE AT ALL!!! How can anyone have confidence in this company's planes and fly with them if they show such disregard??? Im sure this is the attitude throughout the entire company. Huge concern! Don't even know what to say..... Iv had a few interactions with SAFAIR all have been so terrible that has lead me to the point of a Bad review! My WhatsApp chat just gets closed by ZANDILE MJULENI after I asked a question?! waiting to be assisted. The disregard you have for customers shows a lot. To just close the chat and ignore your work responsibilities completely. Shocking....
