Extremely long queues resulted in delays getting through the gates to go board, and the imbeciles refused to allow us through, lost our baggage on the flight which was loaded two hours beforehand. Missed the flight along with many other passengers. lost the ticket money and now they want to charge penalties and all sorts of fees - DO NOT FLY SAFAIR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY EVERYTIME!!!
