Safair delays

Sitting at Cape Town international airport and my boarding call has come and gone about 45 minutes ago. Besides the fact that the pilots come strolling along in no hurry at all about 20 minutes AFTER the boarding call, it is now passed the take off time and we are still standing at the gate with no news. Absolutely appalling service from Safair. I fly this airline regularly and have never experienced such bad service. This may be a cost effective airline, but that does not mean people should be treated like cattle. Shame on you Safair!!!
