SAFAIR damaged my property and won't properly compensate me.

We flew back to JNB from CTN on SAFAIR. The airline broke one of our bags to the point it's not usable any longer (bag cost approx R3000). We comp**** with all SAFAIR's logging of complaints processes (something which is arduous and takes ca 90 mins at the airport). We received no feedback at all for more than 2 months (even after I reached out to their CEO at his email ***). Eventually, I was presented with a R550 take-it-or-leave-it offer. My response in the future will be to make SAFAIR the last airline I consider flying rather than the first.
