Safair COVID 19 hassles

Due to COVID19 I had to change my flight. The first Safair said it was penalty free, and I paid R300 for the flight change fee. The second flight I wanted a cancellation refund but their website won’t allow and there is no one to assist. I would really appreciate someone fixing this situation.
