SAFAIR BAGGAGE CLAIM - POOR SERVICE

I completed a claim form at CPT Airport at the Swiss port Baggage Services counter on 29/09/2022. My suitcase was badly damaged (broken) the lock broken open and the inside of my suitcase a complete mess. Pictures were taken by the lady that assisted me, all my document were copied. I have in the meantime followed up with Safair 3 times. Every time I get told that the Agent handling the claim will contact me. To date not one person from Safair has contacted me. CLAIM NO cpta18561
