Safair bad service

Good day. My employee missed her flight from Jhb . to Cape Town by 10 minutes this morning due to a late arriving taxi. At the information desk she was offered a 11h00 standby ticket for R300. After walking to the ATM and back to the information desk, Safair told her they cant help her anymore. She is sitting at the the airport and after numerous calls to Safair , she cant get home. Can someone please help me to get this young lady safe home today. Please help. ********** 725
