Safair are you experiencing cash flow problems?
Safair, what has happened to you? It seems as if you are trying to squeeze every cent you possibly can from your clients for the past year or so. Safair was never like this. Just two examples of many. I booked a return flight one was with Safair and back with Lift. Literally within 30 minutes I realised that I had booked the wrong days I immediately got hold of Safair and they said explain to them the situation. They said no problem you can change it but it is the R300 fee, no exceptions I had booked lite as I had no bags. I telephoned Lift after that and their attitude was basically, 'we understand mistakes happen.' As this was within a short period of time, no charge.
I had booked a return flight with Safair again, Lift was not available. I was due to fly the next weekend, however I unfortunately landed in hospital and was unable to fly for two weeks. I again phoned Into your call centre and explain the situation to them and said I would gladly email them a copy of the surgeons report. Would it be possible for me just to postpone that until I knew when I could fly again. Guess what the standard answer was? Yes you can but it’s going to cost you R600.00, no exceptions. And no, I have paid the additional R600.00, and I really don't want it back. At least we know what Safair thinks of its clients.
