Safair applying random fees and will only pay out to a voucher

Booked to fly with Safair for two separate flights, but due to circumstances had to cancel both. First ticket had travel insurance, guaranteeing we would be paid the full amount back, yet they deducted R300 for some unknown reason. The second ticket was cancelled without issue (no insurance there), however both tickets were cancelled to a voucher. I don't want a voucher, I want my money back! Definitely won't be booking with them again.
