We landed in George at 13:00 today from Jhb. It turned out my wife's suitcase was not on the plane and still in Jhb. Safair undertook to bring the suitcase on the flight landing at 18:00 and deliver it to Mossel Bay. At 18:30 we called the number we were given, was told the bag has arrived and the driver will come and deliver it. At 19:00 no one answered the phone any longer, a bot serviced SAFAIR's whatsapp site and the suitcase has not be delivered. If they had the suitcase and no driver why not tell us to come collect it at the airport? Why lie. TERRIBLE
