Rude Ticket sales person in Cape Town airport

Flights are affordable and always on time. But my experience with the ticket sales person at the airport was disappointing. I missed my flight, I got there and they couldn’t check in my bag because passengers were already boarding, from cpt airport to jhb. And I went to the ticket sales to try get another ticket and this guy was full of attitude and telling me that I missed my flight because I was partying and how the people I was with are happy that I am leaving… it was all unsolicited. What kind of staff are working for Flysafair? No work etiquette? Did they not do training? I was very disappointed as a frequent flyer. I have never been so disrespected when I am paying for services. These are things that make a company look bad and lose customers.
