When I was checking in I told the agent that I'm checking for my mom she sitting down as she old. She told rudely took back the tickets and said my mom must come collect the ticket her self. I told her she was disrespecting me calling me a ********** an a ********, she said "please move away from me go fetch your mom let's see if she's real". Because I didn't want to argue I went to fetch my mom, we went straight to her, when we got there she stood up and went to the lady next without saying anything to us, my brother even said but my sister we are here for you, you can see my mom is old. She responded by saying don't you see I'm printing your tickets, your mother can stand and wait this airport not her house. After that she started dancing taking out her tongue. She came and threw the tickets at us.
