Rude obnoxious boarding-gate staff

Experienced disgusting service from the boarding gate staff who are obviously incentivised to get the plane off on time versus treating customers with dignity and respect. Then on my return flight they didnt even bother to check ID when boarding - watch the *********s latch onto this loophole!! They say if the service was good tell everyone, if not send feedback to ***. Over 10 days later and they have not bothered to reply to my letter of complaint. Avoid this airline if you can.
