Rude Michaela at the King Phalo Airport

I'm flying from East London to OR Tambo airport at 17h10 this afternoon. And the staff at this King Phalo airport are so rude and unaccomodative. Especially the girl called Michaela. She refused to give me her surname when I told her I'm going to complain about their rudeness. Very rude girl. She shouldn't be in the forefront of the business and dealing with people. She has no way of talking to people. Her attitude is really bad.
