Rude members of staff

Second time having a horrible experience with flysafair staff members. I had a truly disappointing experience with flysafair. The staff (particularly a woman named Nezzy) at the counter before boarding the flight (flight FA100) were incredibly rude, not just to me, but to multiple people in the queue. They spoke to us in a condescending tone, as if we were a nuisance or incapable of understanding basic instructions. It was unacceptable and unprofessional. Customer service like this leaves a lasting negative impression.
