Rude Flysafair employee

On a recent flight from Durban to JHB I encountered the worst experience with an extremely rude and obnoxious employee. She was dismissive and inconsiderate. She refuse to get someone senior so that I could view my concerns. She was spoke to me in a belittling manner. I just found her behavior completely unacceptable. I for one would not want someone with such a terrible attitude dealing with customers face to face. based on the number of complaints and the fact that some complaints have not been responded to, it makes sense to why the staff of Flysafair are able to threat customers in such a manner and get away it
