Rude and condescending behaviour

I type this as I walk from the luggage check in infuuriated!

So my wife and I are checking in one bag as we well aware it is too large for the overhead compartment. The other bag which is much smaller was going to be placed in overhead compartment as it was when flying to Durban

We were met with extremely rude and condescending employees specifically Jean C

We had to pay an additional 150 Rands on the spot for the small bag ! Please bear in mind this was not the case when flying from ORT to King Shaka.

Wife and I are avid uses of the airline and it seems we are always met with rude and condescending behaviour in Durban
